Beta release of the JW Validate plug-in (where all planned functionality isn't available yet).

For Finale 2012. JW Validate is a plug-in that can act as a “proof-reader” of the document. It can point out:

• Musical issues
• Idiomatic issues
• Layout issues
• Engraver issues
• Issues related to the use of Finale
• Things that are set up in a way that you perhaps didn't intend

Please note that JW Validate is NOT a replacement for actual optical proof-reading by a pair of human eyes. But the plug-in can help you with many issues that could be easy to miss.
