If the lists of expressions, articualtions, shapes, etc in the selection dialogs grow too large, it might be a good idea to sort them to keep the list organized and to get quick access.
When sorting elements in selection dialogs, remember that multiple items can be selected and moved at the same time. To select a range in the list, hold down the Shift key while selecting the items. To select multiple individual items, hold down Ctrl (Windows) Command (Mac) while selecting the items.
